Terms & Conditions

Guest Count Policy

Please ensure that the number of guests matches the agreed guest count stated in the booking.

If the actual number of guests exceeds the agreed number, the service will be STOPPED IMMEDIATELY and will only resume once the additional balance has been paid. This policy helps us maintain service quality, serving speed, and adequate beverage quantities for all guests.

 

Cancellation Policy

If the event is cancelled at least one month before the event date, the paid amount may be transferred and used for another occasion. The credit will remain valid for one (1) year from the original event date.

 

Deposit Policy

The deposit is non-refundable.

 

Final Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full at least one week before the event date to allow all necessary arrangements and preparations to be completed.

Additional Services

If additional services are required during the event, such as the distribution of Halwa, gifts, giveaways, or any additional items not included in the original booking, additional hostesses must be arranged in advance to ensure smooth service and maintain the guest experience.

Distribution of External Items

M&M Moments team is responsible for delivering the services and products included in the original booking only.

The distribution of chocolate trays, savory items, halwa, giveaways, or any products provided by the client or another vendor is not included in our service package.

Should distribution of such items be required, additional hostesses must be booked for this purpose to avoid affecting the quality and flow of service.

Additional Hostess Fee

Additional Hostess: AED 500 per hostess.

عدد الضيوف
يرجى الالتزام بالعدد المتفق عليه من الضيوف.
في حال تجاوز عدد الضيوف العدد المذكور في الحجز، سيتم إيقاف الخدمة فوراً ولن يتم استئنافها إلا بعد سداد فرق المبلغ المستحق، وذلك لضمان جودة الخدمة وسرعة التقديم وتوفر الكميات الكافية من المشروبات والضيافة.

الإلغاء
في حال إلغاء الحفل قبل موعد المناسبة بشهر كامل على الأقل، يتم الاحتفاظ بالمبلغ المدفوع كرصيد يمكن استخدامه لمناسبة أخرى خلال مدة لا تتجاوز سنة واحدة من تاريخ المناسبة الأصلية.

العربون
العربون غير قابل للاسترداد.

المبلغ المتبقي
يجب سداد المبلغ المتبقي كاملاً قبل موعد الحفل بأسبوع على الأقل لاستكمال جميع الترتيبات والتجهيزات اللازمة.
الخدمات الإضافية
في حال الحاجة إلى أي خدمات إضافية مثل توزيع الهريس أو الحلوى أو الهدايا أو التوزيعات، يجب طلب
مضيفات إضافيات لهذه الخدمة.

توزيع المنتجات من مصادر أخرى
فريق M&M Moments مسؤول عن تقديم الخدمات المحجوزة في الطلب فقط.
في حال الرغبة بتوزيع الشوكولاتة أو الموالح أو الحلويات أو الهدايا أو أي منتجات من مصدر آخر، يمكن توفير مضيفات إضافيات للقيام لهذه المهمة.
