Terms of service

Please adhere to the agreed-upon number of guests, and in case the number of guests does not match, the service will be halted until the price difference is settled to ensure the service's continuation as desired. This is due to its impact on service speed and beverage quantity.

In the event of canceling the event, the amount will be kept for another occasion (valid for one year if the cancellation occurs prior to the event by a month).

A refund of the deposit will be made with a 2000 AED administrative fee deduction for cancellations made more than a month before the event.

The full amount must be paid one week before the event date to finalize all necessary arrangements.

Additional hostesses should be requested if any other services are needed, such as distributing hot desserts.

We apologize for not distributing chocolate trays or appetizers if they are from another source, but we can provide hostesses for distribution.
Additional hostess fee: 500 AED extra.

 

يرجى الالتزام بالعدد المتفق عليه وفي حال عدم تطابق عدد الضيوف سيتم ايقاف الخدمه عن الحفل االا بعد إضافة فرق المبلغ لاستمرار الخدمة بالشكل المطلوب نظرًا لأنه يأثر على سرعة الخدمة ونقص كمية المشروبات


في حالة الغاء الحفل يتم حفظ المبلغ لمناسبة أخر مدة الحفظ سنة كاملة) في حالة الالغاء قبل الحفلة بشهر)


يتم استرجاع العربون مع خصم 2000 درهم رسوم إدارية في حال الإلغاء قبل الحفل بأكثر من شهر


يجب دفع المبلغ كاملا قبل تاريخ الحفل بأسبوع لاستكمال جميع الترتيبات اللازمة


ضرورة طلب مضيفات اضافيات في حالة الحاجة الى اي خدمات أخرى
مثل توزيع الحلوى الساخن


نعتذر عن توزيع صواني الشوكولاتة أو الموالح اذا كانت من مصدر آخر
ولكن يمكننا توفير مضيفات للتوزيع
